You shouldn't have to be an HR expert to run your business

I understand that running a business can be tough and the majority of business owners do not have much HR experience.

As you begin to grow you've probably had to quickly incorporate a new system, policy or process to accomodate new staff.

The more successful you become, the bigger the problem gets.

While creating these things 'on the fly' address your immediate need, they may not be compliant with current rules and regulations, or be effective anymore.

Our HR Business Audits will identify any potential areas of concern and suggest a proactive solution so you don't end up with a costly problem.

We work with you to future proof your business.

What We Do

Our HR Audits look at processes in your business across the entire HR lifecycle, from recruitment to employee relations. Typically we spend 2-3 days meeting with key stakeholders, employees and leaders to understand your business. We look at what’s working well, and where the challenges are.

Then we analyse our findings and prepare a detailed report with actionable solutions specifically tailored to your business, industry and organisational size.

You'll know exactly what to address first, and how it will impact your business.

What is the HR Lifecycle?

The employee lifecycle is a model that illustrates the journey an employee takes through an organisation, from initial attraction to eventual separation.

It encompasses the various stages and experiences an employee goes through during their tenure, with the goal of optimising their engagement and productivity.

The typical employee lifecycle model consists of the following stages:

1. Attraction: This stage involves creating a strong employer brand and attracting potential candidates who align with the company's values and culture.

2. Recruitment: This stage focuses on identifying and hiring the right candidates through effective recruitment processes, such as job postings, screening, and interviews.

3. Onboarding: This stage aims to welcome new hires and integrate them into the organisation's culture and processes, ensuring a smooth transition into their new role.

By understanding and effectively managing each stage of the employee lifecycle, organisations can create a positive and productive work environment that benefits both employees and the business as a whole.
